PAYMENTS

Paying by card is the fastest and safest. You enter your card details on the secure website of GOPAY s.r.o., which is the most used card processor in Europe and mediates card payments for the largest Czech banks. We do not know the card details and will only receive a confirmation of a successfultransaction.

Apple Pay is a safe and easy way to pay on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Just store the payment card in the device you want to make payments with. It only works in Safari.

The transfer between Czech banks usually takes only 1 working day, however we recommend making the payment immediately after completing the purchase so that we can count on your order. You will receive the account number, variable symbol and the final amount by email after completing the order. Items in the shopping basket are not reserved until payment is received into our bank account. Stock levels may change during this time and a longer lead time may be estimated. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is received. Remember that in the case of refund, you must provide bank account details.

COD shipments can be sent to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania. For packages to Slovakia, we offer the option of declaring in CZK or EUR.
